If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, ask your IF teacher to help you reset your password. All seniors must complete and submit this form to be eligible to participate in graduation activities.

Username/email: first name.last name and last four numbers in student ID [email protected]
Example: [email protected]
Password: PW123456 (Make sure you capitalize "PW")
3. You will be prompted to change your password at this point. Make sure you use a password that you will not forget.
4. You must be logged into your email to complete the student information form.
